In addition, if you place an order with us, address data (billing address, deviating delivery address) and your telephone number will be stored for the purpose of contract execution. These data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of shipping documents to the winding-up bank institutions in the case of letters of credit, to the transport company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit a (Consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
